Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Purchase to lead our procurement department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our procurement strategies are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s objectives. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain positive vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support company objectives.
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve savings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• Certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is a plus.
