Mixing
Gansons mixing equipment includes the Nauta® conical screw mixer, High Speed Shear Mixer Granulators, SuperGran® integrated granulation systems, planetary mixers, diffusion blenders and ointment manufacturing plants. With over 3,000 active Gansons Nauta mixers in use globally, our mixing solutions cover solid, semi-solid and liquid applications for pharmaceutical, food and chemical manufacturing.
Granulation
Gansons integrated granulation suites combine High Shear Mixer Granulators, Fluid Bed Dryers and Fluid Bed Processors into cGMP-compliant, scalable production lines. Used to manufacture high-volume blockbuster molecules for FDA, MHRA and EMA regulated facilities worldwide, our wet granulation equipment is optimised for reproducibility, containment and Pharma 4.0 readiness.
Coating
The GansCoater® is the world’s most advanced automated tablet coating machine manufacturer and the highest-selling automated coater to US-FDA, UK-MHRA and EMA regulated pharmaceutical companies globally. Available in R&D through full production scales, it delivers consistent, validated coating results with minimal operator intervention.
Particle Sizing
Gansons particle sizing equipment includes the Hanningfield Uni-Mill®, Kwik-Sift®, vibratory and centrifugal sifters, multimills and conical mills – delivering controlled particle size reduction and classification within tight relative standard deviation (RSD) for pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications.
Powder Transfer
Gansons powder transfer solutions provide end-to-end contained material movement within GMP facilities – from mechanical lifting and positioning devices to fully closed-loop vacuum transfer systems for powders and particulates of varied bulk densities and flow properties.
