Job Summary

We are seeking a customer centric Head of Marketing with 8-10 years to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and steadfast executioner with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2B environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, perform competition research and improve customer engagement. A strong background in content marketing, brand management, customer research, and customer experience are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, continue of the culture of Ad innovation, Inter department collaboration, and Lead performance.
    • Oversee the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

      Content Marketing:

      • Lead the development and execution of a content marketing strategy that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences.
      • Oversee the creation of high-quality, informative, and engaging content across various formats (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, videos).
      • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.
      • Establish and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
      • Ensure channel wise creation and distribution of content for targeted reach.

        Brand Management:

        • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
        • Develop campaigns against for gaining edge against global competitors. Oversee brand awareness campaigns to enhance brand recognition and perception.
        • Manage public relations efforts to build positive relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
        • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
        • Create technical sales tools to assist both Indian and export sales teams.

          Customer Research:

          • Design and conduct customer research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
          • Analyse customer data to identify insights that inform marketing strategies.
          • Develop customer personas to guide content creation and marketing campaigns.
          • Utilize customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

            Customer Experience:

            • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
            • Collaborate with sales, customer support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
            • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
            • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and address customer concerns.

              Digital Marketing:

              • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
              • Custodian of the company’s website, and ensure it is optimized for lead generation and user experience.
              • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
              • Must know tech stack – Factors.Ai, Zapier, PPC platforms, Apollo. AI, SEO tools
              • Should have an eye for the AI landscape, should be able to suggest and implement AI automation.
              • Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

                Offline Marketing:

              • Should have a thorough knowledge of planning and execution of domestic and international trade shows and seminars.

                Team Management:

                • Recruit, train, and mentor marketing team members.
                • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.
                • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
                • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

                  Qualifications: 
                • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Engineering + MBA preferred.
                • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
                • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
                • Strong expertise in content marketing, brand management, customer research, and customer experience.
                • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automation).
                • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
                • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
                • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                • Should be using AI tools in existing role.Pay Scale:
                  15 – 17 LPA.
