Commenting URS & making quotations and sending it to clients. Maintaining enquiry registers and updating time to time. Co-ordinating with Planning Dept. And submitting offers for Spare accessories to customers for the direct enquiries.
After receipt of Order, making Order Acknowledgements & data sheets and sending it to respective branches for their onward submission to factories.
Checking E-mails & replying to the recipients. Giving necessary information / details to various Departments, as and when they require. Updating TCS /ERP system
Making Offers and Order Acknowledgements for Export Department
Follow up for Spares Order, OA & dispatch on time with all stake holders.
Making Order Acknowledgements & Data Sheets and sending it to clients and respective factories. Maintaining Order booking registers & List of Users for main machines.
Compensation:
2 L.P.A to 5.50 L.P.A
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Power point
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
